The job involves working as an eCommerce and Operations Executive. You will be required to do:

• Process the Daily flow of e-commerce Orders
• Coordinate with Couriers and Vendors daily and ensure timely processing of orders
• Other operations tasks related to daily order flow management
• E-commerce Product listing

 

The following skills are required for this job:

 

• Good knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas
• Ability to understand, compose, and reply to emails promptly
• Willingness to learn new things at work
• Problem-solving attitude, along with taking complete ownership of your role

 

The following qualifications are required for this job at The Funny Mind:

 

• Diploma or above
• Ability to write and understand basic English
• Good knowledge of computers
• Previous experience in e-commerce field preferred
